With the design direction approved, we move into the technical and strategic phase of the project. During this stage, we assist with contractor selection where available, manage the bidding and proposal process, and prepare detailed FF&E presentations for your review. Drawings and/or renderings are developed to further visualize the space, and estimated budgets are compiled from vendors and trade partners when available, bringing clarity and precision to the creative vision.
Final Design

This phase is dedicated to refinement and confirmation. We incorporate your feedback through up to two rounds of design revisions, confirm final budgets, and align all selections and quotes. Once complete, all final materials, drawings, floorplans, and updated project details are prepared for your review and formal approval, ensuring every decision is confidently made before moving forward.
Once designs are approved, we manage the sourcing, ordering, tracking, coordination, and communication across all vendors and trades — allowing you to remain hands-off while the project moves forward seamlessly.
