Discovery & Consultation

We begin with a discovery call followed by an in-home consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, scope, budget, and timeline. This is a collaborative conversation where we align on priorities and discuss which AWH services best support your project.

Engagement & Project Setup

When you’re ready to move forward, we formalize our partnership with a contract and design fee. We then schedule a site visit to take measurements and walk the space with relevant trades. From there, we develop a preliminary project budget and timeline for your review and alignment before design work begins.

Concept & Space Planning

With priorities confirmed, we develop floorplans, space planning, and initial design concepts that respond to how you live in your home. We refine these together through up to two rounds of revisions until the direction feels clear and cohesive.

Design Development

Once the concept is approved, we translate it into detailed design, including material selections, finishes, and curated furnishings. We meet to review the design, gather feedback, and refine through up to two rounds of revisions — resulting in a more accurate project budget and timeline.

Procurement & Project Management

We coordinate purchasing, track orders, and manage communication with vendors and trades to ensure every detail is executed smoothly and on schedule.

Once all pieces are ready, we oversee installation and final styling, transforming your space into a cohesive, finished home ready to enjoy.

Installation, Styling & Reveal

All selections, drawings, and project details are finalized and documented for your approval. This step ensures every decision is clear, aligned, and confident before moving into implementation.
