Fords's Colony | Williamsburg, VAThis project was designed as a true retreat — a calming, restorative primary suite created to help my client slow down, exhale, and escape the visual chaos of everyday life.
A soft neutral palette layered with warmth, texture, and subtle contrast keeps the spaces feeling peaceful and visually quiet, while every detail was thoughtfully considered through the lens of both beauty and functionality.
The adjoining primary bathroom was tailored to support the client’s daily routines, featuring distinct “his and hers” functionality, a dedicated makeup vanity with ideal lighting, custom drawer organization, full-height storage, automatic toe-kick lighting, illuminated shower and bath niches, and a fully automated Toto toilet wrapped in richly textured grasscloth wallpaper.
