Popelka Project

The Popelka Project reimagined a cavernous kitchen and living space into a warm, highly functional hub for everyday living and entertaining. To improve traffic flow, add much-needed storage, and preserve dining within the existing footprint, we removed the separate dining table and integrated seating directly into the galley kitchen peninsula. Custom cabinetry now extends across the back wall to the sliding door, creating a tailored beverage area with a built-in beverage refrigerator. To better balance the scale of the room and its soaring ceilings, we introduced statement lighting, a dramatic black accent wall, and a full-height backsplash with a custom wood display shelf, bringing depth, contrast, and a more collected, elevated feel to the space.
